Orders containing in‑stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders that include custom‑printed parts or newly released designs may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if extended delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided directly by the carrier and may vary due to location, weather conditions, customs processing, or postal delays.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS or UPS. Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.
International Shipping

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Upon approval of the claim, customers will receive either store credit or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the outcome of the insurance provider’s decision.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. The store is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Product Protection & Packaging
All custom LEGO® minifigures, printed parts, and accessories are packaged securely to prevent damage. Items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
